 My name is Tracy Kirby. I am an AVP/Mortgage Lender with Franklin Bank & Trust Company. I have 19 years of experience in the mortgage business. Since 2012 it has been my honor to serve the communities of Franklin, Bowling Green, and the surrounding cities and counties by assisting with their mortgage financing. 

 I currently serve on the board of Mortgage Bankers Association of Southern Kentucky, and I am a member of the Realtors Association of Southern Kentucky. It has been my pleasure and privilege to volunteer for several non-profit organizations since I have been in the business. 

Outside of work, my husband, Michael, and I enjoy traveling together and spending time with our two daughters, Chelsea and Maleah, her husband, Christian, and our sweet grandson, Asher. 

 I am very passionate about the services that I provide my clients! My number one goal is to understand your financial needs so that I can provide you with THE best financing available.
